Crawling through LoDo for a good cause

Freedom Service Dogs hosted an afternoon pub crawl in LoDo to support the group's mission, rescuing pooches from shelters and training the dogs as service animals for disabled military men and women.

Teams paid an entry fee to join the 3rd Annual Ultimate Mini Golf Party, where they crawled through nine downtown bars, playing a round of mini golf at each location.

BlogDog didn't entirely understand the concept, but he appreciated the participants enthusiasm -- and costumes.
