Driving west on 13th Ave. through Capitol Hill towards downtown, Mary always notices the prevalence of outdoor artwork. Wall murals and painted signs seem to be on the side of every building in the neighborhood.
Mary and BlogDog strolled through the snow this morning to check out some of the paintings more carefully.
They didn't spend too long though, as Mary's fingers got cold and BlogDog became tired of the regular interruptions to his otherwise interesting walk.
