They should call it "Doors Open (but not to four-legged friends) Denver"

BlogDog strolled around the city Sunday, visiting venues that opened their doors to the public as part of Doors Open Denver, a "free two-day event that allows you to go behind the scenes of the city’s significant architectural gems and lesser-known treasures."

He was really excited to check out Market Street Station on 16th and Market Streets, until a security guard informed him that the doors were not open to dogs.

BlogDog vowed to start "Doggie Doors Open Denver" next year, a competing event that highlights all the locations that welcome canines in the Mile High City.
