The Spot Bar and Grill, at 98 S. Pennsylvania, is a neighborhood joint. As long as the weather is sunny, West Wash Park locals gather for beers and bar food.The neighborhood is slow enough that BlogDog can just chill outside and have his picture taken during happy hour.
