BlogDog briefly considered recommending The Cherry Tomato on E. 23rd St. in Park Hill. It is preciously cute from the outside and the Italian menu gets thumbs up from most reviewers.But when he realized there was no outdoor seating and they don't admit doggie diners, he lost his enthusiasm for the joint.
