The Denver Public Library Friends Foundation held its annual used book sale this weekend. There were tents full of books priced at $3 or less and boxes of VHS tapes free to anyone who would take them. BlogDog was getting lots of attention and enjoying the scene. However, Matt insisted they make a rapid departure when it seemed that BlogDog was about to mistake a box of tapes for a fire hydrant.

Yes, I think that boy wanted to pet me -- which I would have loved! But his dad (who can be seen practically leaping over a box just behind me) and mom were not into it at all.
