Big scoop for me, Little Man!

Matt, Mary and BlogDog visited 2620 16th Ave. in the Highlands, home of Little Man Ice Cream, a company that prides itself on making a difference in its community -- and that serves darn good ice cream.

Not grey clouds nor imminent thundershowers could convince Mary it was not a great day for ice cream.

In all honesty -- not sure what it would take to convince Mary it was not a good day for ice cream.

  1. BlogDog,

I agree with Mary - there really isn't a day that isn't a great day for icecream! Did Matt and Mary maybe get you a dog icecream treat? Some vanilla softserve perhaps? I hope so!

  2. As you might be able to tell from the picture, I was actually a bit stressed out at the time. Thunderstorms make me shaky and nervous, so I didn't have much of an appetite.

I'm sure we will be back though!

  3. I so want to check out Little Man and the Red Trolley. Although I don't crave ice cream the way I crave chocolate, I still want to visit all the local venues at least once. :-)

  4. Beth -- this is certainly a charming place! Maybe you can pick up some chocolate ice cream...
